This conference is an annual two day review of new and important topics in diagnostic surgical pathology. This year’s course has a major emphasis on “Immunohistochemistry as applied to diagnostic pathology” and “Sentinal Lymph Node Biopsy” with in addition, lectures on melanoma, liver and oral pathology. Teaching formats will be interactive lectures, panel discussions and interactive digitized microscopy sessions.
Course Objectives
- To expand current knowledge in the use of immunohistochemistry in diagnostic pathology with emphasis on the technical and clinical aspects of its application and interpretation.
- Understanding the use and interpretation of SLNB with clinical application.
- Providing an update in the diagnosis of melanoma, medical liver disease and oral pathology with practical applications.
