Reservations will be accepted when guaranteed by credit card charge authorization. All expenses (daily rates and incidentals) will be settled directly with the hotel upon departure. Credit card details and credit card charge authorization will be taken as guarantee and one daily rate + taxes will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation after March 15, 2012. Rooms will be confirmed on first come first served basis. The 3rd person may be accommodated in a sofa-bed or in a roller-bed according to the availability in each hotel.

Daily rates quoted in “Reais” - Brazilian currency (US1,00 ~ R$ 1,60 on July 2011) are per room including breakfast. Check-in time 2:00pm and checkout time 12:00pm.  There is an optional city tax ranging from R$ 2,20 to R$ 6,00 per room and per day to be paid at checkout.

Entry Information - Visa: The US, Canadian and some other nationality visitors, require a valid passport and a VISA issued by a Brazilian embassy or consulate. If you have any doubts about the need for a VISA, consult the airline with which you will be flying . Please keep the Immigration form issued on arrival - it is necessary when you leave the country.

The private transportation is for a maximum 02 passengers traveling together in an executive car. Other kinds of vehicles are available upon request and quotation.
