Registration
The international course is open to medical doctors and specialists certified or in training, in the fields of radiology, neuroradiology, neurology, neurosurgery, cardiology and research fellows.
Candidates can originate from any country and should have a good command of English.
This course was held under the auspices of Mahidol University, Tufts University and The Office of Continuing Education and Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto

Entry Information - Visa: The US, Canadian and some other nationality visitors, require a valid passport and a VISA issued by a Brazilian embassy or consulate. If you have any doubts about the need for a VISA, consult the airline with which you will be flying . Please keep the Immigration form issued on arrival - it is necessary when you leave the country.

Commercial Supporters may not make payments, subsidize or provide any of the following for Attendees for any Accredited Continuing Education Conferences organized through a Canadian University.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than one month (30 days) before the start of a session.
A processing fee of $100 US will be retained on all cancellations. Requests for refunds must be made in writing. Receipts of payment will be issued by email only.
Enrollment is limited. Travel and accommodation arrangements should not be made before receiving registration confirmation.
The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Tuition fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellation may cause.
