The Office of Continuing Education and Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, designates this educational activity for a maximum of 6 category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/ she actually spent in the activity.

Letters of Attendance/ Accreditation

Letters of accreditation/attendance will be available online following the conference. Participants will be emailed information approximately two weeks after completion of the course specifying how to obtain their letters online.
